When it comes to the process of doing business with Frisco Faux Creations, we like to keep it as simple and customer friendly as possible.

The client can contact us by email or phone to make an appointment for a free estimate. We then meet with them to take a better look at the working area and to find out what the client exactly wants. If the client does not know what kind of faux finish or texture they would like, we can sit and go through the samples to get ideas. If there is a look that we don't have available that the customer wants, we can create a sample board free of charge. When most others would charge around $100 per sample board, we are willing to do it for free so that we can be sure of what the customer wants. Once a finish has been chosen, we can then do the estimate. We prefer to schedule a follow up appointment within a few days to review the estimate and sample boards, if any are wanted.
